The only tropical zoo in the continental United States, Zoo Miami houses over 3,000 animals on nearly 750 acres, 324 acres of which are developed.
We spent a cool, sometimes rainy day right before Christmas at the Miami Zoo. There is a lot to see and in one day we just scratched the surface. Below are just a few of the sights we saw.....
