Fleischkuechie is a local North Dakota favorite made with a spiced meat patty smothered in a fried dough wrapping. Jan tried this local favorite at Sue's Cafe in Hazen, ND. The photos show the traditional way of serving, but since it is deep fried and load with "fat" Jan has had her one and only Fleischkuechie! To bad, since the Fleischkuechie was delicious.......
