Gator's Dockside Lunch with Opal and Ken

Opal and Ken, friends from Kingsport, were passing thro Ocala Thursday and we were able to met for lunch.

"Beginnings" had the Circle Square Cultural Center in Ocala, FL rocking Friday night! 

IN THE FALL OF 2002 "BEGINNINGS" WAS BORN OUT OF THE LOVE AND RESPECT FOR THE MUSIC OF ONE OF THE GREATEST AMERICAN ROCK BANDS OF ALL TIME – CHICAGO. 

FORGED TOGETHER BY A GROUP OF PROFESSIONAL MUSICIANS, ALL VETERANS OF THE NEW YORK MUSIC SCENE, "BEGINNINGS", LIKE CHICAGO, WAS A LABOR OF LOVE BASED ON MUSICIANSHIP AND PROFESSIONALISM.
"Beginnings" performed a lot of our Chicago favorites including:Saturday in the Park, 25 or 6 to 4,  Make Me Smile and Feelin' Stronger Every Day

St Augustine, FL "Out and About"

We visited San Sebastian Winery and went on their tasting tour....

We had lunch at Kingfish Grill on the water....

It was a cool overcast day, so there was no one eating out waterside...


Jan had a soft shell crab sandwich....which was different and not sure I would order again...

The J & S Carousel is a full-size antique carousel located in Davenport Park in St. Augustine, just north of the historic district.

The Bridge of Lions was built in the mid-1920s as a way for automobiles to travel from St. Augustine on the mainland to Anastasia Island

World Golf Hall of Fame & Museum in St Augustine, FL

We sent three nights in St Augustine so we could visit the World Golf Hall of Fame. The day was beautiful and the Hall of Fame & Museum was very well done and worth the stop. If you are in the St Augustine area and interested in golf add the Hall of Fame to your list of things to see.
