On the NY/MA border we went over a mountain and found this statue erected by the Brotherhood of Elk to honor their members who served in the various world wars.

The Elk statue was on the Whitcomb Summit and so we had to stop and get a picture of one of the Whitcomb clan members. The above elk statue can barely be seen just over Jan's left shoulder.
