Panoramic view of Cliff Palace. the circular area at the bottom center is one of the kiva - used for religious ceremonies and clan gatherings. This site is over 900 years old and by scientific dating was built in approximately 100 years and then abandoned. Very impressive. Based on the size of the doorways ( the openings ) these people were only about 5'2" at most and they only lived about 30 - 35 years because of their diet.
