Rumor had it that the snow plows were called out on Trail Ridge Road Tuesday night, so Wednesday we decided to investigate. Made the drive to the visitors center at the top and talked to a Ranger....Yes, there had been 6 inches of hail and snow and the plows had lead cars through the park.

Mustachio's on the Lake, Granby, CO
Ted and Jan celebrated their 39th anniversary at Mustachio's on Lake Granby Saturday evening. Mustachio's is a new Grand County restaurant owned by David & Lisa Pratt. They are located on Hwy 34 between Granby and Grand Lake, CO and the outside deck overlooks the lake with a great view of Lake Granby and the mountains.
What a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion....the service and food was outstanding and we meet some great fellow dinners. One, Maureen Wade, took and shared the hummingbird photos and the top picture of the anniversary couple. Thanks Maureen for taking the time to send us your photos. They make a great addition to our blog entry.
