Tampa RV Show 2011

The Tampa RV Show was a time to see old friends and check out all the new RV models. We had a great time shopping and "surprise" we didn't buy a thing!!

Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus presents ...

"FULLY CHARGED" the 141st installment of the Greatest Show on Earth!!!!!

What a wonderful afternoon spent with great performances, dare devils, music, lights, action!

Before the actual circus began, there was 30-45 mins of acts before the show. The audience could go down on the floor and be right next to the performers. The photo above is of the painting elephant.

Parksdale Farms, Plant City, FL

Parkesdale Farms is the largest family operated strawberry farm in Florida. Every winter people flock to Parkesdale Farm Market in Plant City to enjoy everything "strawberry"-jams, jellies, cookies, milkshakes and of course their world famous SHORTCAKE!!

As you can see from the photos, the strawberry shortcake are very large and only $2.79...it is a meal! Linda and Ned had ice cream on theirs.....

Lowry Park Zoo

Our visit to the Lowry Park Zoo was great fun but entailed quite a bit of walking and doubling back to get from one venue to another but still enjoyable.
